| Q. When will my goods be delivered? |
| A. Most orders will be delivered within 24 hours, however if you would like to check on the status of your order, login to your account and the details will be displayed. |
| Q. Will I have an invoice for my company records? |
| A. Yes, an invoice is automatically produced when you have completed your order. This will show the price, plus VAT, this can then be printed and retained for your records. |
| Q. What about Guarantees/Warranties? |
| A. All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. All warranties for compatible products match the warranty of their OEM equivalent.
All manufacturers warranty their product from the date of manufacture, NOT the date of installation. In all cases the manufacturer’s decision is final.
